CLASS - the Association of Classical Independents in Germany is an alliance of independent record manufacturers and distributors from the fields of classical music, world music and jazz. While maintaining the independence of all of its companies, CLASS undertakes communal activities for its members such as trade fairs and media exposure, as well as advertising and marketing campaigns.

Gasteig
Gasteig is a cultural center in Munich, opened in 1985, which hosts the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra. The Richard Strauss Conservatory, the Volkshochschule, and the municipal library are all located in the Gasteig. Most of the events of the Filmfest München, and many of the events of the Munich Biennale take place here.

IMZ international music + media centre

The IMZ is the global association for all those involved in any aspect of audio-visual music and dance. Its 170+ members include broadcasters; performing arts companies and venues; programme producers and distributors; record and DVD labels; cinema and new media specialists: all the participants in the creation and dissemination of music in the media. The largest are international brands like the BBC, Metropolitan Opera New York, and Universal Music; the smallest are individual composers, choreographers, musicians or directors.
Since it was founded in 1961 under the aegis of UNESCO the IMZ has dedicated itself to the worldwide development and promotion through audio-visual media of all forms of classical, jazz, world and contemporary music, as well as classical and contemporary dance.
WOMEX

Founded in 1994 WOMEX is today the world's largest professional music Conference, Trade Fair and Showcase for world, roots, folk, ethnic, traditional, alternative world, local and diaspora music. WOMEX is,"The most important international professional market of world music of every kind. This international fair brings together professionals from the worlds of folk, roots, ethnic and traditional music and also includes concerts, conferences and documentary films. It contributes to networking as an effective means of promoting music and culture of all kinds across frontiers."

Made in Berlin and travelling in Europe: The 16th edition of WOMEX in Copenhagen, Denmark in October 2010 saw over 2,440 delegates from more than 90 countries, 650 exhibitors, a full conference programme and a showcase festival presenting 59 acts on 6 stages.

The Club Contemporary Classical Festival takes place in Germany and Poland. It started 2009 and presents new music which falls into the grey zone between the genres of contemporary classical and electronic club music. C3 is a side project of Classical:Next director Jennifer Dauterman, produced by Piranha Kultur and supported by Kulturstiftung des Bundes.
