Registration Policies

  1. Payment in € (Euro) currency only
  2. All prices are net, 19% VAT to be added
  3. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card or bank transfer – no cheques accepted
  4. All bank costs to be covered by the delegate
  5. C:N charges 5% handling fee for credit card payments
  6. Deadlines are payment receipt deadlines
  7. Registration and booking are only valid with a completed registration form and full payment
  8. Proof of full payment must accompany registration form
  9. C:N will not be responsible for any 3rd party liability incurred by delegates as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the event
  10. Changes of company name, individual name or billing address are subject to a 40,- € (net) charge
  11. Any cancellation must be received in writing; refund is subject to a 20% administrative charge
  12. No refunds after Friday 30th March 2012
  13. Public playing of music is not permitted at the trade fair
  14. Registrations are accepted subject to event capacity
  15. Delegates are entitled to attend all C:N events, subject to venue capacity
  16. The C:N newsletter with essential information will be sent to all delegates. Please contact us at next@classicalnext.com to be excluded from this information now.
  17. Unsanctioned 'offC:N' events must not be promoted on the C:N event sites
  18. By entering the C:N event sites, delegates irrevocably agree that any photo and audio/audiovisual recording made of them during C:N (exhibition/conference/showcases etc.) may be used free of charge in press coverage as well as in any future promotional applications by C:N in all media. The visitor also agrees that this material may be used for sponsorship acquisition.
