From a concert on the shore of a beautiful lake to the heat, dust and fun of the Sziget Festival in Hungary, touring in the Balkans offers a wealth of possible experiences. How can you organize it? And how to make it pay? Advice and experiences will be shared by Tim Gubel, a Belgian music professional living in Bulgaria who started his Fusion Embassy agency to promote new movements in Bulgarian music in the Balkans, Kay Krijnen, the manager and accordion player of the Dutch band Amariszi who have toured and recorded in what remains one of the most challenging regions in Europe and beyond, and Dejan Vujinović, world music and jazz festivals organizer in Serbia.
