By Train

Rotterdam is easily reachable from most major cities throughout Europe. Many international highspeed trains as well as intercity trains from all over the Netherlands stop at Rotterdam Central Station.

For delegates coming from France or Belgium, the Thalys high-speed train will probably be the best option. The train runs 10 times a day and you'll be in Rotterdam in no time. Coming from the UK you should first take the Eurostar to Brussels and get on the Thalys there.
