Arts Festivals have just produced soprano Joanna Forest's new album, The Rhythm of Life. This is Joanna's second album with us, with the first (Stars Are Rising) making Joanna the first ever independent debut artist to go straight to number 1 in the classical charts.

This album is a crossover concept, making classical and orchestral music appealing for younger children, and their parents alike. We feature pure orchestral music (eg. a new orchestration of Clair de Lune, and a fusion of three of the Bizet Jeux d'enfants written for full orchestra), choral music (eg. John Rutter's Banquet Fugue), old school light music (eg. If I Ruled The World, The Rhythm of Life, I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing), and modern orchestral arrangements of popular songs (eg. Greatest Day and Let's Go Fly A Kite).

This album featured Paul Potts as a guest artist on the track 'Because We Believe' and Andy Day on 'Let's Go Fly A Kite'. We are pleased it shot straight to number one in the classical charts, and the feedback we have had from parents and their children has been phenomenal.
