Born in Gravina in P. on May 24th, 1981, she started studying piano at age seven and composed her
first pieces at age nine.
In 2003 she graduated as pianist at the academy of music “Nino Rota” in Monopoli (BA) under the
guidance of Teacher Gabriella Bassi, studying composition with Masters Vito Liturri, Marco Della Sciucca,
Cinzia Cannito and Vincenzo Anselmi. She attended several specialization courses and masters regarding
piano playing, pianistic duo and chamber music, with Masters: Konstantin Bogino, Alessandro Moccia,
Paolo Bordoni, Bernadette Tripodi, Carlo Forni, Loredana Paolicelli; seminari di Jazz con Roberto Spadoni,
Luca Bragalini, Pietro Tonolo, Davide Santorsola, Roberto Ottaviano, Rita Marcotulli, Bebo Ferra.
Winner of several contests (the latter in composition, in December 2010, organized by FIDAPA in
the city of Barletta, in which she won both jury and spectators prizes, with the piece “Indesiderabile
Tenerezza”), she was involved in many recitals, theatrical shows (“Voce ‘e notte” with Mariagrazia Panisoprano,
Giorgio Aldini-speaker, Marcello Recca-tenor) and concert seasons (with OBA, Youth Orchestra “La
Bottega dell’Armonia”) as pianist, composer and arranger.
On May 15th, 2011 she lead the musical project “Fluide Risonanze” in the “Auditorium Diocesano
Vallisa” in the city of Bari, as composer, arranger and player of her own pieces in quartet with Master Flavio
Maddonni (violin), Antonio Barracchia (cello) and Elisa Benedetto (flute).
In 2013 she has been working on the new CD “Fluide Risonanze” to be released in 2014. From 2003
to 2004, she worked as permanent pianist in the manor farm “San Domenico” in Savelletri, where she met
Klemens Fischler, the producer of her first CD, issued in 2005, for piano solo: “Volo di Gabbiani”, a
collection of pieces that she had composed from age eleven to eighteen.
In January 2007 she debuted in the Foyer of Theater “Eliseo” in Rome, playing in a jazz trio with
Roberto Scillitani (bass), Lorenzo Nicoletti (drums) and Ettore Lopinto (special guest saxophone), with a
tribute to the great Michel Petrucciani.
Numerous its current collaborations. Duet with french actress Eve Guerrier and pianist of the
gospel choir "The Hope Jubile Singers" and the classic "Ottavio De Lillo" directed by M°Bepi Speranza.
