The European Agenda for Music has the ambitious goal to bring the music sector together to join voices. The aim is to address the specific and growing needs of the sector, set out priorities for the future and serve as a tool to defend European principles. The EAM is the result of an intense collaborative process involving stakeholders from all parts of the music sector and from across all of Europe. It is based on comprehensive research and widespread consultation. The session will outline the objectives of the EAM, how the music sector can use it and benefit from it – for this session, we will particularly focus on classical music. How can stakeholders from the classical sector become involved and contribute to the impact of the European Agenda for Music?
