JOIN CLASS IN MUNICH FOR THEIR PRE-ECHO CONCERT
Our partners CLASS (the Association of Classical Independents in Germany) host a special prelude to this year's ECHO Awards at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich. Co-hosts will be our good friends of Klassik.TV and musik heute. Unfortunately, as most of the Classical:NEXT team is currently in Santiago de Compostela at WOMEX - The World Music Expo - we are not able to attend ourselves, but CLASS warmly extend their invitations to all of you!
Taking place tonight on Saturday, 25 October, the evening before the Award ceremony, at 19:00 the event is your chance to network with peers from the classical world while also enjoying performances from past ECHO Award winners such as Bassiona Amorosa; Berolina Ensemble; Jin Ju; Stephan Schardt; and many more.

Classical:NEXT PARTNERS WITH FIMPRO, Guadelajara, Mexico
With the strong Brazilian focus and many attendees from the Americas, Classical:NEXT has begun to have an impact on the North and Latin American scenes during our first editions. But this is not enough!
To boost the networking of forward-looking classical music entrepreneurs in Latin America, we have now partnered up with FIMPRO music conference in Guadelajara, Mexico. The classical part of their conference will last 2 days (6-7 November) and together we have selected some conference sessions and speakers.
We are proud to announce that amongst the speakers will be our Classical:NEXT delegates Susanna Eastburn (Sound and Music), Christopher Gruits (Interlochen Arts Center) and Thiago Cury (AguaForte). Together with colleagues from Spotify, SXSW and the British Council (to only name a few), they will address current trends and topics such as the building of new audiences in the Americas.
